Our subsidiary company UC Gravure Sdn Bhd is a pioneer and premier producer of Printed Decorative Paper in Malaysia. The company is capable of producing more than 3 million linear meters per month of Printed Decorative Papers. UCG can provide a wide range of wood grain patterns as well as mono colours incorporating the latest trends, fashions and designs suited to our customers’ choices. These designs are printed on high quality base paper (30gsm or higher) and hardened with a Polyurethane (PU) coating. The papers are durable, providing excellent resistance to tape stripping, staining, scratching and abrasion. The decorative papers are ideally used for furniture and doors production. They can be laminated onto many kinds of wood panels such as MDF, Particleboard and Plywood. The company is also able to work with customers to ensure perfect colour matching and to develop unique designs and patterns.
UCG is constantly investing in new cylinder designs and technology to ensure our customers are up to date with the latest trends, patterns and specifications. New products offered by UCG include Embossed, 3D and MB Coated designs which were launched in 2017 and will be updated on a regular basis.
